The 320 Series Steel Shell Blocks are high-quality rigging components designed for use with Manila rope. Featuring a specialized malleable style shell, these blocks provide a robust and durable solution for standard industrial and maritime rigging tasks.
Engineering & Technical Standards
- Design Factor: Every block in this series is manufactured to a strict 4:1 Design Factor.
- Sheave Specifications: Blocks are standard-fitted with bronze bushed sheaves manufactured to SAE40 specifications.
- Self-Lubrication: Units are available with self-lubricating graphite bronze sheave bushings per ASTM B438 upon request.
- Forged Hardware: All block accessories and fittings are forged to ensure maximum structural reliability under load.
Configuration & Selection
The 320 Series is available in Single, Double, and Triple Sheave configurations. Standard models are shown, but custom models can be engineered to meet specific project demands.
