The 200 Series Extra Heavy Wood Shell Blocks are high-capacity rigging tools designed for substantial industrial lifting. Constructed with Santa Maria Hardwood, these blocks utilize a material specifically chosen for its durability and favorable properties in wood shell configurations.
Engineering & Technical Standards
- Safety Integrity: Every block is built to a strict 4:1 Design Factor.
- Bearing Excellence: Sheaves are standard-fitted with bronze bushings manufactured to SAE40 specifications.
- Self-Lubrication Option: For reduced maintenance, blocks are available with self-lubricating graphite bronze sheave bushings per ASTM B438.
- High-Strength Hardware: All block accessories are forged to ensure structural reliability under load.
