- Structural Safety Factor: Every block is manufactured to meet a Minimum Ultimate Strength of five times the Working Load Limit (5 X WLL).
- Industrial Bearing Options: Units are standard-fitted with bronze bearings. Specialized roller bearings or other types are available upon request for specific application needs.
- Secure Attachment Standards: Blocks with a capacity up to 30 tons are standard-supplied with a swivel oval eye, while units over 30 tons are equipped with a swivel stud eye.
- Adjustable Grooves: Sheave grooves can be precision-adjusted during manufacturing to accommodate non-standard wire rope diameters.
