- High Structural Safety Factor: Each block is manufactured to provide a Minimum Ultimate Strength of five times the Working Load Limit (5 X WLL).
- Reliable Bearing Design: Units are standard-fitted with bronze bearings. Other bearing types, such as roller bearings, are available upon request to meet specific performance needs.
- Customized Sheave Grooves: The groove in the sheave may be adjusted to accommodate various wire rope diameters beyond standard specifications.
- Standardized Secure Fittings: All blocks up to 30 tons are standard-supplied with a swivel oval eye, while units exceeding 30 tons are fitted with a swivel stud eye.
Operational Versatility and Configuration
- Extensive Capacity Range: Standard 2-sheave models support a Working Load Limit (WLL) ranging from 1.1 UStons up to 44.1 UStons.
- Flexible Attachment Options: All blocks can be customized with head fittings including a swivel hook, swivel stud eye, or swivel jaw.
- Optional Becket System: Models can be ordered with an integrated becket (designated by adding “+B” to the Model No.) for specialized reeving configurations.
