- High Structural Safety Factor: Each block is manufactured to provide a Minimum Ultimate Strength of five times the Working Load Limit (5 X WLL).
- Durable Bearing Design: Units are standard-fitted with bronze bearings for reliable rotation. Other bearing types are available upon request to meet specific environmental or performance needs.
- Precision Sheave Customization: The sheave grooves can be precision-adjusted to accommodate various wire rope diameters beyond the standard specifications.
- Integrated Secure Fittings: Blocks up to 30 tons are standard-supplied with a swivel oval eye, while units over 30 tons feature a swivel stud eye.
Operational Versatility and Configuration
- Extensive Capacity Range: Standard 1-sheave models support a Working Load Limit (WLL) ranging from 0.8 UStons up to 33.1 UStons.
- Flexible End Fittings: All blocks can be customized with various head fittings, including a swivel hook, swivel stud eye, or swivel jaw.
- Optional Becket System: Models can be ordered with an integrated becket (designated by adding “+B” to the Model No.) for specialized reeving requirements.
- Broad Rope Compatibility: Engineered to support wire rope sizes from 5/16″ up to 1 1/8″.
