The High Capacity Light Weight (HCLW) and Light Weight Tilt-Up Block series with an oblong eye is engineered specifically for construction and industrial applications where high strength-to-weight ratios are essential. These blocks provide critical line redirection for tilt-up wall panels and heavy infrastructure projects. Designed with a specialized oblong eye head fitting, these units facilitate secure connections to large shackles and diverse rigging points while maintaining a streamlined profile to reduce dead weight in the lifting system.

- Robust Safety Factor: Every block in this series is manufactured to a Minimum Ultimate Strength equal to four times the Working Load Limit (4 X WLL)
- Validated Load Limits: The stated Working Load Limit (WLL) specifically applies to the head fitting of the block
- High-Efficiency Rotation: To ensure smooth operation under extreme loads, these units are standard-supplied with roller bearings; bronze bearings are available as an optional alternative
- Production Precision: Dimensional data provided is indicative; Ropeblock submits a definitive technical drawing for approval prior to production to ensure exact specifications
